Local businesses, chefs, musicians and friends are teaming up to create an unforgettable pop-up brunch for a cause.
Join us for a heartwarming and delicious morning at the Pop-Up Brunch, a special event dedicated to supporting burn survivors. Hosted at John Grieco’s Metal Shop, this outdoor brunch experience brings together top local chefs to create a memorable culinary adventure.
Brunch Dishes by Local Chefs: Savor an array of mouthwatering brunch dishes crafted by some of the area’s favorite local chefs. Each plate is a testament to their culinary talent and passion for giving back. Chefs Dan Martello and Ryan Simpson (Good Luck), Andreas Petsos (Cure), Zack Mikida (Bitter Honey). Brunch dish accompaniments by Cassidy Broman (Public Provisions), and more TBA.
Live Music: Enjoy a great pairing of live music to accompany brunch with super talented musicians from Grace Serene and the Super Clean and A Girl Named Genny. Let the tunes enhance your brunch experience as you mingle and enjoy the eclectic atmosphere.
Raffle Prizes: Try your luck with our raffle. Fantastic prizes await, and every ticket sold helps contribute to the cause.
Raffle Games: Add a fun twist to your brunch experience with engaging raffle games. Test your skills with picnic-style games set up around the venue. From bean bag toss to ring toss, each game offers a chance to earn additional raffle tickets.
Artistic Ambiance: The event takes place in the eclectic outdoor setting of John Grieco’s Metal Shop, surrounded by unique metal art installations that add a unique ambiance to your brunch. The venue offers an imaginative atmosphere with indoor, outdoor, and tented spaces.
Brunch Bar: Brunch will be complemented by an open bar offering Bloody Marys, mimosas, Rohrbach’s beer, a signature brunch cocktail, wine, and Java’s coffee.

The Cause: All proceeds from the event will go directly to supporting burn survivors, providing crucial aid and comfort to those in need. Your attendance and contributions will make a meaningful difference. The Finger Lakes Regional Burn Association is an independent, not-for-profit, 501c3 organization dedicated to increasing awareness of burn-related issues and helping burn survivors medically, financially and psychologically. FLRBA provides direct treatment and educates thousands of children and adults each year about burn prevention and conducts Camp Courage a summer camp for children recovering from severe burn injuries as well as support services for young adult and adult burn survivors.
Tickets: Tickets are $75 per person, including beverages, tax and gratuity. Reserve a table for 8 guests for $500.
