This retreat will bring together adult burn survivors from across the region for connection, encouragement & healing. This event is co-hosted by the Clark Burn Center, the Burn Foundation of CNY, and the Finger Lakes Regional Burn Association.

About the event
Get away for the weekend and connect with fellow burn survivors. The weekend theme is resiliency but specifically will focus on how we can take this message and work towards our successes and victories. Saturday evening is reserved for a social activity.
The retreat will be co-facilitated by Dennis Gardin, Burn Survivor and Executive Director of the Georgia Firefighters Burn Foundation, , Kelly Reed-Plasse, RN, Tamara Roberts, RN and Mary Rodda, MSW from the Clark Burn Center and Paul Schwartzman, FLRBA Executive Director and Psychotherapist.
Please arrive on Friday evening; we will meet for an informal dinner around 6:45pm. Breakfast will begin at 8:30am Saturday morning with the program starting at 9:00am. The program will include group discussions, creative art exercises, as well as an activity to facilitate self-soothing and relaxation. The program will conclude at noon Sunday.
